RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with it. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return it to us for a store credit towards the purchase of another item. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

Our return policy lasts 7 days after delivery date. If 7 days have gone by since the delivery of your order without us being notified of a problem, unfortunately we cannot approve a return request. 

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached and must be returned to us in original packaging and in resalable condition. Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense and customers will be required to arrange their own shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, a store credit will be processed for a future purchase. We will notify you through email once this has been completed. We will issue a store credit for the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, print the email containing the RMA number and include it inside the package and mail your package to the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS

Please note that we do not do refunds and only process store credits.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your store credit. Please allow at least seven (7) business days from the receipt of your item to process your store credit.

Price adjustments 

Our prices may vary in response to demand, trends, inventory, and promotions, so unfortunately we cannot refund or credit the difference between your purchase price and the current price available.

SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES    

The product came to me damaged: Send us an email with pictures of the product as is. We will provide you with the return address to ship the product to. Once shipped, please email us back with the tracking number. Please grant us a minimum of 7 business days following receipt of your returned/damaged product for the store credit to be processed.

The product never came: Please contact us via email and we will investigate the matter.

The size I ordered is not the size I received. Please send us an email and we will look into it.
